Eternafuse is me, Joshua Joseph. I build booking systems, websites, and automations for businesses that are running on messages, notebooks, and someone's memory.
Where this comes from
I'm from a place where good businesses run on WhatsApp.
I grew up in Saint Lucia. The businesses around me were run by capable people working hard, and almost none of them had a system. Bookings lived in a notebook or a message thread. Not because anyone was doing it wrong — because nobody had ever shown them there was another way to do it.
I left in 2019 to study mechanical engineering technology in Canada. I went because I wanted to see a bigger picture than the one in front of me, and the only way to see it was to go somewhere bigger. That belief still runs everything I do.
Then a few years ago I found something I hadn't had before: a room full of people who genuinely wanted each other to win. Being around that changed what I thought was possible for myself. It's the thing I now try to be for the people I work with.
The first system I ever built for someone else was for my cousin. He ran a taxi business off WhatsApp and a notebook. Now people find him online, book a time, and he approves it. He didn't need a bigger business. He needed someone to show him the thing was even possible.

Your business first, the software second
I want to know how a booking actually reaches you today, including the messy parts. Most of what's slow turns out to be one or two steps, not the whole process. That's cheaper to fix than a rebuild.
You should be able to run it without me
Prices change. Seasons change. You add a service. You shouldn't have to call anyone to change a line of text. I hand things over properly.
I'll tell you if you don't need it
Not every task is worth automating, and some businesses are better off with an off-the-shelf tool than something built. If that's you, I'd rather say so on the first call than take the work.
Background
Engineer by training. Four years building systems.
I studied mechanical engineering technology and worked as an electrical apprentice before moving into engineering operations, where I led teams and trained people. I've been building software systems for about four years — chatbots and CRM builds early on, and now websites, booking systems, and automation for businesses that take bookings. Everything on this site was built the same way I'd build yours.
