Automation
The booking you missed was the one you were working through.
Bookings arrive by message, by email, by phone, at hours you can't answer. We build systems that catch them all, confirm them, and put them somewhere you can see.
The problem
In most small businesses, a person is the system.
Someone reads the inbox every morning to work out what's happening today. Someone writes bookings in a notebook. Someone retypes the same details into a second place. It works, right up until that person is busy, asleep, or gone. Then the business stops.
Who this is for
Businesses that take bookings and are losing some of them. Tour operators, transport, anyone whose customers book a time. More broadly: if there's a task in your week you do the same way more than a few times, it can usually be built once instead. If you already have a booking system that works and staff who aren't buried in admin, you don't need us.
What we build
Booking that runs without you
Customers book online and pick a time that's actually free. You approve or decline. Reminders go out on their own. No message chain, no notebook, no forgetting.
A dashboard instead of an inbox
If your bookings arrive by email from partners, someone is reading that inbox daily just to build a picture of the week. We turn those emails into a schedule you can look at — today, next week, the next few months.
The task you do fifty times
Anything you repeat by hand can usually be built once and then run. We've turned a one-business-at-a-time research job into a list of hundreds, produced on a button press.
What we've built
Three systems, all of them replacing something someone was doing by hand.
Funtastic Taxi & Tours
- Before
- Bookings came in over WhatsApp and got written down by hand. Every ride had to be checked against the notebook.
- After
- Customers find him online and book. He approves the ride. Reminders go out automatically. The booking process he used to run in his head now runs itself.
A tour operator in Saint Lucia
- Before
- Bookings arrived by email from hotels and cruise lines. Someone read the whole inbox every day to work out the schedule. An online contact form produced an inquiry someone then had to chase.
- After
- A dashboard showing today, next week, and the months ahead — accurate enough that nobody opens the inbox to build a calendar any more. And a real booking flow: customers book, get scheduled, get approved, and land in the system without anyone retyping anything.
Eternafuse
- Before
- Finding businesses to contact meant looking them up one at a time.
- After
- A button that returns hundreds — names, numbers, websites, and a short summary of each — straight into a spreadsheet.
How it works
You book a call
Fifteen minutes. You describe what you do by hand right now and where it costs you.
We map it before we build it
We follow one booking, one email, one task all the way through your business. Most of what's slow turns out to be one or two steps, not the whole process.
We build it and hand it over
You get a system you can run yourself, and we stay on to keep it running as your business changes.
What it costs
Priced to the scope of the build. Three models, depending on what you need.
- Setup plus retainer
- Most common. A one-time build fee, then a monthly amount to run and maintain it as your business changes.
- Setup only
- A one-time fee for a system you run yourself, with no ongoing commitment.
- Share of output
- For work where the value is directly measurable, we can price against what it produces instead.
- Rates
- Builds start from $1,200.
